Lead the HPR’s Summer Pilot Project

The HPR is looking for TWO PAID, PART-TIME EDITORS to lead a web-based project this summer. (Harvard undergrads only)
The editors will lead a team of writers, graphic designers, web designers, and business staffers in putting together a special online edition of the Harvard Political Review in partnership with the Annual Report of the United States.

The content will consist of independently researched, non-partisan articles analyzing the biggest areas of federal spending, e.g. Medicare, education, defense, etc. The editors will have a lot of discretion in shaping the specific content.

Each editor will receive a $500 stipend.
Planning and hiring will begin immediately, but most of the work will take place during the summer.

This project will require approximately 5 hours per week.

Send application materials to arusa@harvardpolitics.com by Sunday, April 4 at midnight.
Requirements: Resume, Writing Sample (pref. 3-4 pages), Short one-page letter explaining interest and relevant editing and management experiences. Interviews to follow. Send any questions to arusa@harvardpolitics.com.
